Welcome to Lavish Libations. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Events are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date, as outlined in your invoice.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (less than 30 days before the event) may result in forfeiture of all payments. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, guest count, and timing. Clients must also ensure appropriate space and access for setup and service.
4. Alcohol Policy
- Lavish Libations is a mobile bartending service and does not sell alcohol. The client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage.
5. Licensing & Compliance
- The client is responsible for ensuring that all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service are followed. If required, the client must obtain any necessary permits.
6. Service Time & Overtime
- Service will begin and end at the times stated in your agreement. Additional service time may be available upon request and will be billed accordingly.
7. Damages & Liability
- Lavish Libations is not responsible for any damages, theft, or injuries that occur during the event outside of our direct control. The client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by guests.
8. Setup & Breakdown
- Our team will arrive 1 hour prior to the event for setup and will handle breakdown at the conclusion of service. Clients must ensure access to the venue during agreed-upon times.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or legal reasons, including but not limited to intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
10. Agreement
- By booking with Lavish Libations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
